If a coach is organized, they need only spend 7-12 minutes on warm up skills using the ball. Add a review of fundamentals to the warmup, and it should take about 30 minutes. Be aware of the time so you don´t waste practice time on warmups and run out of time for the more important drills in practice.

Warm Up Drills
A warm up prior to a game prepares the body for the athletic activity. Using skill drills like dribbling, passing, trapping and juggling, players can get their muscles warmed while focusing on the skills they will be using in the game.
